912 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets the terms and conditions governing the use of the 912 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any services provided.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and accessing or using any part of the 912 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the 912 platform.
These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as an individual user and the 912 platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The 912 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and such accounts will be closed immediately upon detection.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed to have only one active account on the 912 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same person—whether under different names, phone numbers, or banking details—are prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of remaining balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your full name, phone number, and other details required for identity verification. 912 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time as a fraud prevention and Know Your Customer (KYC) measure.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 912 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence in protecting your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our customer support immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure
912 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances: detected fraud or suspicious activity, violation of these terms, providing false information during registration, abuse of promotions or bonuses, or upon the instruction of relevant authorities. In cases of user fault leading to closure, remaining account balances may be forfeited at 912’s discretion.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the 912 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to exploit the betting system.
- Collaborating with other users to manipulate game results or gain unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering activities or transferring illegal funds.
- Spreading false information, disturbing other users, or abusing customer support channels.
- Attempting to access restricted parts of the platform or compromising the security of 912’s systems.
- Registering an account on behalf of someone else or allowing others to use your account.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 912 platform complies with the laws of their country or region. 912 makes no guarantees or representations regarding the legality of platform use outside Malaysia.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 912 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits through approved local payment methods including FPX internet banking, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and bank transfers. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
Deposits will be credited to your account upon successful transaction confirmation. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected—most local methods are processed within minutes. 912 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification, compliance with rollover requirements for any active bonuses, and no ongoing fraud investigations on the account. 912 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set by the platform and may change without prior notice.
Any fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers during transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.
Liability and Intellectual Property Limits

The 912 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied guarantees about continuous availability, accuracy of information, or suitability for specific purposes. 912 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from technical disruptions, internet failures, or system errors.
912’s total liability to users under any circumstances will not exceed the actual deposits made by the user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim. This limit applies to the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content on the 912 platform—including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code—is the exclusive property of 912 or its licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from 912. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 912 platform may include links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment gateways. 912 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of these third parties. Using third-party services is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Relevant Laws
912 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon publishing the updated terms on this page.
